Lexington Printers and Copiers offers a quoting system to businesses in the central Kentucky market that processes requests for printer and copier quotes then offers their own quote so businesses can compare them to quotes from other printer and copier manufacturers.

Project Brief

Lexington Printers and Copiers contracted with SimpleLogic to develop an online tool for businesses in their market for generating quotes on multi-functional devices, printers and mailing equipment.  They wanted this online tool to be easily found in the search engines for “get a quote on a copier” as well as easy to use for prospects for gathering data for their requests.

Landing Page
A beautiful landing page solution that offers everything a site visitor would want to utilize on the site within one page eliminating time spent on a full website looking for contacts to request a quote.

Responsive Design
The Lexington Copiers and Printers landing page was developed in a responsive design to automatically detect the size of the users screen to correctly size the main navigation, images, content and quote request form on any device.

Conditional Logic
A form using conditional logic was integrated into the page to display only certain form fields based on the type of equipment the site visitor needed a quote request on speeding up form completions.

Once the landing page was completed, the site was optimized for keywords pertaining to copier and printer quotes. A Google Ads campaign was also integrated into their campaign to help boost traffic after launch.

Within the first month, the site was listed on the first page of Google’s results and Lexington Printers and Copiers received a 230% increase of quote requests versus their previous website generating over $460,000 in proposals.
